Waterford Greenway

The WATERFORD GREENWAY stretching for 46km, is the latest addition to Waterford's many visitor attractions and Ireland's longest greenway running long the old railway line from Waterford to Dungarvan. A shared space, this spectacular greenway is a scenic off-road trail for walkers, cyclists and runners and is suitable for all the family. Enjoy the beautiful Waterford countryside and take in the idyllic scenery whilst exploring the many viaducts and tunnels that run along the route.

Waterford Cycling Tours based in the heart of Waterford City offers daily tours of lasting approximately 2 hours and caters for individuals, families, students and small groups. Bicycles, helmets and other accessories are all provided and all tours are covered by insurance. City tours include the People’s Park Waterford, The City Quays, Bilberry Rock, Ballybricken and the historic Viking Triangle, Museums and Waterford Crystal.

Longer tours take in the coastline of the sunny south east around Dunmore East, Tramore, Passage East and the Hook Lighthouse in County Wexford. Customised cycling tours are provided to suit specific requirements and routes can be personalised.
