1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings: 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before 15:00 on the day of arrival: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before 15:00 on the day of arrival: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before 15:00 on the day of arrival: Full payment will be charged.

Group Bookings (5 or more rooms): 

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date: Full payment will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional rates and packages may be non-refundable. These bookings will be clearly marked, and full payment will be required at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

3. Early Departures

If you choose to shorten your stay or check out early, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your booking.

4. No-Shows

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full amount of your booking will be charged.
